Authorized Event teams can check an eligible vehicle in with its XPASS identity.

Public vehicles can appear in supported Event and media experiences without exposing private Garage data.
XPASS AT EVENTS
Arrive with a vehicle identity.
- Vehicle check-in Authorized Event personnel can check in an eligible XPASS by QR or its identifier.
- Public QR Owners can use the existing public XPASS QR with their vehicle.
- Cars Here Today Supported Events can surface only public-safe vehicle identities.

XPASS public sharing follows the existing owner-controlled visibility contract. Public views do not expose VIN-sensitive data, private owner or authentication identifiers, claim state, or private Garage records. Unpublished vehicle profiles remain out of public discovery.
