Delete in the NEXXCAR app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Account.
- Select Delete My Account, review the consequences, and confirm.

Delete your NEXXCAR account.
NEXXCAR Inc. lets you request permanent deletion of your complete login account—not just an individual Social Profile.
Never include your password, sign-in code, or recovery token in an email request.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@nexxcar.com from the address associated with your account. State that you want your entire NEXXCAR account permanently deleted. We will verify that you control the account before acting.
What deletion removes
Your authentication account and sessions are revoked. Personal profiles, private Garage access, personal contact information, device registrations, and account-owned content are deleted or de-identified as appropriate. Membership and management access to shared Communities, Businesses, Dealer organizations, Events, and other workspaces are removed without deleting assets that belong to other people or an organization.
XPASS and Garage
Garage ownership access is removed from the deleted account. The canonical XPASS vehicle identity, vehicle specifications, and non-personal vehicle history remain because XPASS follows the vehicle, not only its current owner. Deletion does not transfer ownership or create a new XPASS. A future owner must use NEXXCAR's authorized verification or transfer process.
Limited retention
NEXXCAR may retain narrowly required transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, moderation, accounting, legal, or dispute records. Personal identifiers in retained records are removed or minimized when the record no longer needs them. Backup rotation and legally required retention can continue for a limited period described in the Privacy Notice.
Before you request deletion
- Save any account information you need.
- Transfer separately owned organization responsibilities first.
- Use the account's verified email when contacting support.
