Private Beta Terms

Beta Platform Status

NexxCar is operating as a private beta platform. Access may be limited, invite-only, staged, or unavailable while we test product, marketplace, creator, dealer, listing, auction, and verification workflows.

Beta features, pricing, eligibility rules, data displays, listing tools, auction tools, creator attribution, dealer tools, and transaction flows may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

NexxCar does not guarantee continuous availability, uptime, feature completeness, transaction volume, buyer demand, seller demand, auction activity, creator earnings, or any specific marketplace result during beta.

Bugs may occur, data or configuration may require migration, and support availability or response times are not guaranteed. Do not rely on beta navigation for emergency or safety-critical purposes.

Beta status does not change the data-retention and deletion commitments described in the Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and using NexxCar only for lawful automotive marketplace activity.

You may not submit false, misleading, stolen, unauthorized, infringing, abusive, or deceptive account, vehicle, payment, identity, listing, bid, referral, creator, or dealer information.

You may not engage in fraud, abuse, fake listings, fake bids, bid manipulation, shill bidding, referral abuse, creator attribution abuse, spam, scraping, platform interference, or attempts to bypass verification, fees, limits, or safety controls.

Verification, Listings, And Auctions

Identity verification, dealer verification, seller verification, buyer verification, fraud checks, payment checks, or additional review may be required before certain beta features are available.

Vehicle information on NexxCar should be independently verified by users before making purchase, sale, bid, financing, transport, or other vehicle decisions.

When available, NexxCar may display or use third-party vehicle, identity, fraud, valuation, history, market, and listing data, including Experian AutoCheck, Experian Fraud, and Black Book data. That data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or subject to provider terms.

Auctions, listings, creator attribution flows, dealer tools, buyer flows, transaction flows, and marketplace activity may be limited, experimental, staged, or simulated during beta for product testing and demonstration purposes.

Suspension And Platform Controls

NexxCar may limit, suspend, remove, or terminate access to accounts, listings, bids, rooms, creator links, referrals, dealer tools, beta features, or platform activity when we believe it is necessary for beta operations, safety, compliance, fraud prevention, quality control, or platform integrity.

NexxCar may remove or hide content, listings, bids, attribution records, messages, or activity that appears inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or inconsistent with beta participation.

Disclaimers And Limitation

The beta platform is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexxCar disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

NexxCar is not responsible for independent user decisions, third-party data accuracy, vehicle condition, title status, liens, inspections, financing, taxes, registration, delivery, payment arrangements, or dealer/seller/buyer conduct outside platform-controlled beta workflows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexxCar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace opportunity, vehicle value, or business interruption damages arising from beta participation.
