Creator Program Terms

These terms govern participation in NexxCar creator and campaign features and form part of the Terms of Service.

NexxCar may limit, pause, or change creator features and eligibility to protect users, sponsors, and platform integrity.

Creator Content Ownership And License

Creators keep ownership of the content they create, subject to any separate sponsor, platform, music, location, or third-party rights that may apply.

By posting, submitting, or sharing creator content through NexxCar, the creator grants NexxCar a limited license to display, host, reproduce, crop, promote, and share that content for platform, campaign, marketplace, media kit, and promotional purposes.

Creators are responsible for having the rights needed to submit videos, images, music, logos, likenesses, locations, vehicle footage, and any other material included in their content.

Accuracy, Vehicle Claims, And Disclosures

Creators are responsible for content accuracy, including vehicle details, claims, reviews, pricing references, availability, sponsor statements, and campaign-related calls to action.

Creators must not make false, misleading, unsupported, unsafe, or deceptive vehicle claims, including claims about condition, title, accident history, financing, warranty, safety, value, auction outcome, or dealer/sponsor promises.

Creators must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure rules when content is sponsored, paid, incentivized, gifted, commissioned, or otherwise connected to a business relationship.

Campaign Eligibility And Deliverables

Campaign eligibility can change based on account standing, creator verification, sponsor requirements, content quality, platform safety, campaign availability, and marketplace rules.

Sponsors, brands, businesses, dealerships, and partners may approve, request revisions, reject, or close deliverables based on campaign terms and review criteria.

Violations of NexxCar rules, campaign terms, disclosure rules, platform safety standards, or sponsor requirements may affect creator eligibility, workspace access, wallet activity, and future campaign opportunities.

Monetization And Future Payments

NexxCar does not promise creator income, campaign availability, sponsor results, audience reach, views, leads, sales, attribution volume, wallet value, or payment timing.

Estimated sponsorship value is a planning estimate, not a promised payout. Potential campaign earnings are subject to sponsor opportunities, campaign terms, completed deliverables, review, approval, and future payment setup.

Payment features are coming soon and are not active unless NexxCar separately enables them. Future payouts may require Stripe Connect onboarding, KYC, tax verification, account standing, and payment provider approval.
